As a certified Yoga trainer from Atlanta, Georgia. Her mission is to help promote fitness, wellness, and love throughout her community while helping individuals push pass their typical boundaries of comfort in order to achieve a better and more enlightened version of themselves. She has been professionally studying yogic practices and herbal medicine with Afro Flow Yoga since 2017 while living in Waltham, MA and studying at Brandeis University. Since moving back home to Atlanta, she has continued her studies with Breathe for Change and has now worked with individuals all over the city and across the country of ages ranging between 3yrs old-70+yrs old. She is on a mission to change one life at a time through striving for a deeper impact by way of hosting community job fairs, wellness events, classes on holistic wellness practices and group/private yoga  classes.
