I'm Asmah Perveen, Founder of Health Optimum, a dedicated solutions provider specializing in holistic health using Bach Flower Remedies, Homoeopathy and Nutrition. “Having good health is a birthright of every individual” is a quote I live by as a Holistic Health Practitioner. My journey in holistic health began with a desire to help people. Initially, I wanted to be a doctor, but I pursued engineering instead. Later on, I was introduced to homoeopathy by a friend, and pursued a course in it. That’s how I was brought into the world of Bach Flower Remedies & Homoeopathy and Nutrition. In the early stages of my work, I practised with family and friends, providing pro bono support for several years. During the pandemic, I faced a life-threatening situation. I was hospitalized and was vomiting blood, with no immediate medication available. It was a tough battle, but I pulled through with support and prayers from friends. What helped me recover was the Bach Flowers Remedies. It helped me balance my emotions during my tough time enabling me to focus on healing. Just within a few days, I tested negative for COVID. This experience strengthened my belief in the power of emotional well-being to support physical recovery. It then became my mission to spread Bach flower Remedies. Driven to advance in this career, I found a buyer to buy over my restaurant business in 2022 and have since dedicated myself professionally to Holistic Health Practice. These practices have greatly benefited my family, clients, and myself. Each client’s success story motivates me to keep going, making everything I do even more fulfilling. I aspire to help Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Women’s Empowerment Organizations, and the next generation explore alternative health methods and raise awareness of Bach Flower Remedies.
