From the beginning of 2023. I have started working in the IT industry as a scrum master and manual QA tester. In April this year, I decided to open my first tech-consulting company ALP4 TECH with the goal to work, cooperate, and give my services easier to foreign markets. ALP4 TECH is a small consulting company that helps foreign clients, investors, and companies find different kinds of developers and tech people in Bosnia and Herzegovina successfully. Besides outsourcing and recruiting, we're also offering services such as management, scrum masters, and manual testing. The company wants to expand its operations to other industries if clients or investors are interested in coming to the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
