Recognising the uniqueness of individuals and teams, "The Tech Leadership Experiment" emerges as a solution. We reject the one-size-fits-all approach to leadership, envisioning a community where diverse leaders can enhance their people skills collaboratively.

Our vision involves creating "The Tech Leadership Experiment" community across platforms. Here, experts can share insights tailored to specific leadership roles, such as Dev Manager, Service Desk Lead, and Head of Infrastructure. The community aims to empower those managing teams to set up others for success.

The saying "People don’t leave jobs; they leave managers" underscores the impact of effective leadership. With the right tools, managers can foster innovative environments, creating a ripple effect of success within their teams and the industry as a whole.

I help support clients with an end to end offering across their recruitment requirements predominately in the Technology and Digital areas within Melbourne and occasionally interstate as required. 

Providing both full-time and contract recruitment we are able to meet most resource requirements that clients have. When required we collaborate with the specialist domain recruiters across the business to help ensure that clients get the best result for their staffing needs. 

Recruitment areas include but are not limited to: Project/Program Managers, Business Analysts, Infrasturcture Engineers, DevOps and Cloud Specialists, Testers, Data Analysts, Developers, Senior leaders, and Digital (SEO, SEM, Account Managers)

Paxus is a specialist technology recruitment company who provide services to some of the largest accounts in Melbourne. I worked as an account manager across large high volume accounts in the banking and education industries

I worked with a delivery team who helped find the right resources for the requirements clients had. 

In this role I specialised in providing support across all technology including banking-specific technology, and large programs in the digital and security space.

Finite Recruitment Solutions

Finite specialise in technology and digital recruitment, and I joined the team to help find new business in the commercial (non-Government) areas. I supported clients with both perm and contract recruitment, working across the Brisbane/Gold Coast region.

Working as a recruitment consultant across predominately temp contractors, we supported clients across all different role types such as customer service, admin, reception and technology roles. 

We held assessment centers, managed a large pool of temps, and also identified perm full-time opportunities for the wider team when possible. Clients included Corporate, Local Government, and State Government.

Working at MetaPM we help organisations reach their strategic goals by delivering strong advisory, delivery and training support to clients across their projects. 

I am also actively involved with developing the Tech Community by helping to host and support many meet-ups in the technology and digital space. I have also run some small hackathon events.
