Now I have 7 years experience in public speaking and I strive being a trainer and coach having connectedness, empathy, learner, responsibility and individualization as my top 5 personal strengths. Driven by my talents, I can stand in another person’s place and view what is going on from his or her perspective. Therefore, I can pinpoint each person’s unique strengths and weaknesses in public speaking because I can see what makes each individual authentic. I have a deep sense of dedication and feel ownership for my commitments. I am a person of my word, and others know they can rely on and trust me. I am intuitively interested in human psychology, connectedness between cause and effect, building relations between people, therefore, I enjoy working with people a lot, specifically in public speaking.
