VP of Community Management

Stoddard International, LLC

Responsible for the maintenance of purchase orders and compliance to contracts, including the gathering of engineering data i.e. Models, drawings and specifications relevant to the product. Maintain consistent communication with Program Management team to assure solidarity.
Contract review – Review customer contracts and assure compliance.
PO input – Load PO’s into MRP system within 24 hours of receipt and respond to customers with PO acceptance. Review PO vs. quote, request POC if and when necessary.
Engineering data acquisition - Request drawings, models and relevant specifications. Assure proper revision levels are noted on purchase orders and data is available as need at Stoddard. Input and maintain controlled data through the K drive.
Change Board - Log and route engineering revisions in a timely manner such that cost and schedule impacts can be assessed and brought to the customers attention.
Customer relations – Work with customer to identify needs, discuss realistic lead times, assess customer expectations, and communicate those to the Program Manager.
Status – Maintain product status and publish routinely with customer. 
Team communication: Maintain a high level of communication with Planner and Program Manager 
Maintain Customer contact info - Assure contact information in ERP system is updated and relevant.

Contract Administrator

VT Volant Aerospace 

Work as part of the proposal team responding to RFPs, RFQs and similar solicitations
Design proposal layout and organization based on RFP requirements
Coordinate all proposal materials (graphics, text, forms and third-party material) to develop a professional proposal package. Generate RFP-specific written and graphic content, including items such as: Graphic/ visual, Templates/forms, Project Profiles, Resumes, Cover Letter, Binder Cover, Title Sheet, Table of Contents, Tabs
Collect, organize and format RFP documents such as: Financial information, Bonding Capacity, insurance information, safety program/record, technical approach narrative, schedules, list of past/current projects, brochures
Conduct review and editing sessions to ensure conformance with the RFP
Production and assembly of proposal binders
Ensure on-time production and delivery
Read and evaluate proposal requirements/ instructions to Bidders
Notify bonding company of bond requirements and arrange for delivery of bond and or surety letter
