I founded Alex Staff Agency, a recruitment firm, and guided its expansion into the international market. As the leader, here are my responsibilities:

- Develop and implement long-term strategies to drive growth and expansion of the agency.

- Identify and use the opportunities to enter new markets.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled and offering customized solutions to improve their recruitment procedures.

- Manage the development and use of our unique skill verification technology to better match candidates with the cultural needs of our clients, both corporate and startup.

- Represent the agency in external forums and industry events, enhancing its reputation as a leader in tech talent recruitment and fostering brand recognition.

At IT-Academy, we offer courses in different IT areas like QA, Java, DevOps, and more. With my own tech background, I've always been passionate about creating a company that trains new IT pros and helps people dive deep into the tech world or switch careers entirely. As the owner, I handle key decisions about long-term goals, financial management, branding, etc.

As Chief Information Officer, I was in charge of overseeing the network infrastructure and implementing data management strategies. I also took the lead on strategic planning, scaling, and project development within the company, while also handling various other responsibilities.

I led a team of system engineers at NovoSoft Software Solutions, a leading provider of integrated technology solutions and custom software development services globally.

During my work, I successfully managed and coordinated system engineering projects, contributing to NovoSoft Group's recognition as one of the top five Russian software development companies according to Gartner's Research Note.

More than 500 large-scale projects completed.
