Providing shareholder protection to investors is my goal. I am an experienced attorney with expertise in securities class action litigation and securities regulation. As a securities class action attorney, my goal is to assist you in maximizing claim recoveries related to your investment portfolio, including direct claims, class action claims, class action settlement claims, derivative claims, tax recovery claims, and where appropriate to pursue whistleblower claims and other claims that will ensure and protect the integrity of the securities markets and your investment portfolio. My clients are both private and institutional clients including public pension funds, unions, mutual funds, and fortune 100 companies around the globe. As the Director of Institutional Investor Services and Of Counsel at AF&T since 2007, and Principal at the Twersky Law Group, my focus has always been on shareholder recoveries. I work hard to ensure that all my clients understand the many different avenues of portfolio recoveries and leave no stone unturned in educating my clients on the best ways to ensure that their investment portfolio remains healthy and robust. In an area of the law very much dominated by men, I stand out as a woman you can trust and rely on to provide state-of-the-art services while always being mindful of who my client is and how best to address their needs and concerns. Each fund and each client has different sensitivities and a different approach to investing; my goal is to meet each client where they are. I want to assure my clients that while we may not have seen one another in person these past months, I have been working diligently to continue to provide our practice leading services while maintaining my high level of personal attention that I believe is essential to an authentic and long-lasting relationship with my clients. Unrelated to the law, I wrote a children’s book, which became a book series and a brand and I am now the bestselling author of the Curlee Girlee book series, inspired by my young curly-haired daughter and written for all curly girls to ensure they love themselves and their hair exactly as it is, understanding that their hair is part of a greater legacy they share with those who came before them.
