Viability is a software platform for the home building industry to quickly and accurately assess the viability of potential development sites by assessing site constraints, developing optimised scheme designs and building detailed financial models. By incorporating Modern Methods of Construction and Net Zero construction approaches, Viability also enables developers to tackle the housing crisis sustainably, ensuring that new developments are both economically viable and environmentally responsible.

Polytag is enabling technology which facilitates brand owners to move into the Circular Economy through greater engagement with consumers, regulators and recyclers. Our technology has the potential to limit the brand owners’ packaging recycling liability and allow them to increase the use of recycled materials in their packaging whilst collecting rich datasets.

Achievements:
- Project managed a successful Digital Deposit Return Scheme pilot in North Wales, in partnership with the Welsh Government, Wrap and Conwy County Borough Council
- Defined the marketing strategy and managed the web development and PR agencies
- Instrumental in finding a technology partner and funding, that enabled the recruitment of the C-Suite
- Built a growth marketing engine and 'company OS' using Monday.com

My main role is spreading the word about Crumbs Brewing, thinking about original ways to tell our story and reaching not only the craft beer connoisseurs but also the general foodie audience that might appreciate our unusual recipes. But you know how it goes in smaller companies!

SMRS is one of the UK’s largest recruitment communications. We work with universities to help them attract, engage, recruit and retain students and staff globally.

Key Responsibilities
Account Director for 3 University clients: University of London International Programmes (UoLIP), UWE Bristol and UCFB. This entails:
- Defining their media strategy, leading the planning of Media Schedules, ensuring the clients get the best deals with the media, launching and optimising the campaigns, reporting the campaigns’ performance
- Looking for additional business opportunities outside the contract
- Manage the client relationship, including the contract
- Participate in tenders for new business

Line managing 3 Account Managers and 1 Account Coordinator

Key Achievements
Leading the Clearing ’16 campaign and the UG 2017 campaign, I managed to significantly increase the UWE Bristol budgeted spend
Brought in house the production of HTML5 banners for both UoLIP and UWE Bristol
Sold two International Course Demand for both UoLIP and UWE Bristol at no in cost for SMRS and the production of an alumni video to UoLIP
Led the production of a performance report for the Senior Leadership Team at UoLIP that will lay the foundations for the new contract in September

- Defined the segmentation of the International Students market
- Positioned my 6 brands against this segmentation, defining their 'brand temples'

- Co-led and launched Project Titan: an innovative approach to sell the lower ranked Universities around employability

Responsible for the Mainstream and Ultra Soft variants
Lead Multi Functional Teams to manage packaging changes (Mansize and Ultra Soft), study capital investment and optimise the European production footprint

European Facial Tissue Brand Manager

Managing brands such as Scottex (Belgium, Spain and Italy), Page (Holland) Fiesta (UK) and Velvet (Poland) among others.
Responsible for developing and delivering the Brands and Portfolio content to support the achievement of KC Europe volume, cost and profit consistent with the long term plan
Identified annualised $1.2 m cost savings for the Kitchen Towels category, reversing the trend of volume decline and negative OP

Marketing Manager Household Hygiene

Responsible for the European Retailer Brands contracts, rolled category. Project leader for new launches and re-launches, managing multi-functional teams: production, finance, sales, product development,  planning, quality management, legal, design agencies, etc.

Responsible for the strategic planning and optimisation of the tissue machines in the European Consumer Business, including inter-milling sourcing, parent reel sales and curtailment decisions.
