As a User Experience Lead at Oter, my primary responsibility is to enhance user experiences by streamlining the design process and ensuring seamless design rollout. My other key responsibilities include:

• Organizing the design process and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and maintain design systems that meet business requirements
• Conducting user research and gathering feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs that align with user needs
• Developing wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and development teams
• Leading and mentoring design teams to improve their skills and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth in design
• Establishing design standards and guidelines that ensure consistency across all products and platforms
• Working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.

Overall, I'm excited to use my expertise in user experience design to help Personalised WISDOM achieve its mission of making knowledge of books accessible to everyone and transform the reading experience into an easy, convenient, and enjoyable one.

Tutubi offers beauty treatments for men and women at homes, offices, hotels, or salons. They are focusing on the physical appearance aspect of one's life. Men or women, whatever their beauty needs are, Tutubi will play an important role. They help people look at their best. I am joining here as a User Experience Lead. 

My Resposibilities:
• Improving the user experience across all platforms to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Organizing the design process using design systems to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design goals with business objectives.
• Leading user research and testing to identify areas for improvement and implement design solutions.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Streamlining the design rollout process to ensure a timely and effective release of new features.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior members of the design team to promote growth and 
 development.

SELISE is a Swiss owned Software Engineering and Business Consulting company. SELISE goes by the motto, “We innovate, structure, run and implement digital business."

My Responsibilities:
• Designing products for Swiss Life, a leading insurance company, by collaborating closely with stakeholders and understanding their requirements.
• Serving as a core team member of an international fintech service, where I played a vital role in developing innovative and efficient solutions.
• Crafting a component-based design system that improved the team's efficiency and streamlined the system.
• Designing products for various platforms while maintaining consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Overall, my experience at SELISE has allowed me to develop a range of skills in software engineering, product design, and team collaboration, which I am eager to bring to my future endeavors.

As a UI/UX Designer at Dingi Technologies Limited, I was responsible for designing user interfaces and user experiences for the company's core enterprise products. I also had the opportunity to design products for renowned companies like Telenor and Axiata, ensuring that the products met their specific requirements and needs. 

Here are some of my key responsibilities and accomplishments:

• Designed a component-based Design System for the company, ensuring consistency in all products and improving efficiency in the design process.
• Tested usability based on various approaches, including user testing, heuristic evaluation, and expert review, to ensure that the products were user-friendly and met the needs of our target audience.
• Designed products for different platforms, including web and mobile, while maintaining consistency in the design and user experience across all platforms.

Through my work at Dingi Technologies Limited, I contributed to the company's goal of providing location-aware services with an enriched experience of service through enhanced maps, intuitive applications, business-friendly APIs, and localized specialization through state-of-the-art artificial intelligence techniques. Our tagline "Stay Smart, On the GO" reflected our mission to help our customers be more aware, safer, and efficient when using our services.
