•	Partner with the business at all levels, providing advice on H&S issues and best practice.
•	Ensure the H&S policy is understood by all Team Leaders & Heads of Department & the policy has been implemented.

•	Analise accident/incident data quarterly and report to HOD Team.
•	Ensure incidents & injuries are reported, accurately recorded & investigated within agreed timeframes, ensuring the appropriate hierarchy of controls are implemented reducing the risk of harm, e.g. Eliminate, Isolate, Minimize.
•	Set quarterly H&S objectives in conjunction with the HOD’s & teams.
•	In conjunction with HOD ensure ‘Return to Work Plans’ are implemented for staff with long term injuries.
•	Review Hazards/Hazard Register on a six monthly basis.
•	Ensure that the ORC is compliant with the H&S at Work Act 2015 and it’s amendments.
•	Ensure Building Warrant of Fitness is current
•	Develop & manage the Wellington Branch Disaster Recovery Plan.
•	Managed all Hazardous Substance Compliance for Wellington Bidfood.
