- Acted as a head of the accounting function in Lexmark's Competence Center in Budapest
- Managed a team of 15+ people responsible for various accounting tasks (revenue allocation, software revenue recognition, inventory controlling, statutory and tax reviews, accounting controlling)
- Acted as the global owner of the Revenue Allocation process in Lexmark's MPS business stream ($800m+ annual turnover), a key component (SoX, internal / external audit perspective) in the overall Quote-to-Cash process
