If there would have been a contest for 'passionate' facilitators, speakers and instructional designers, I think I would have been one of the top ten finalists! I discovered my passion for training by a chance in the year 1997. As I was a relatively talkative student at my Computer Center I was spotted by the Center Manager and he asked me a question that changed my life – “Would you like to work as a replacement trainer for two weeks?” I quickly said, “YES” and in those two weeks I had found my passion. After that assignment I started working as an AutoCAD Engineer and trainer. During that time when I was volunteering for a telephonic counseling helpline for an NGO, I happened to save a girl’s life over a telephone call. That experience inspired me to start my post graduation in Psychology. I also changed my job and started working in GECIS- a contact center. Within a year I got a job as a Soft Skills and Accent Neutralization trainer. Over the course of the next ten years, I kept on increasing my knowledge and skills via different courses and certifications. I worked with some good organizations like Oracle BPO, Accenture and NIIT. In 2011, I formed a learning space called 'Oasis of Learning’ that started providing innovative learning solutions to organizations, institutions, schools and to people from all walks of life.
