3. Assisted RBD - Project CORBIN(NCR System Migration) over 110 KFC Stores, collaborating  with industry-leading vendors NCR Voyix, Lexel, Worldline, Verifone, Servcore, Fingermark to ensure smooth transitions and system integrations.
 
4. Collaborating effectively with Oracle, Fingermark, Verifone for the smooth operations including technical and hardware support for RBD Stores
 
5. Management of IT Inventory system  across all the RBD Store collaborating with Lexe and Internal teams.

6. Familiar with the Scala sever environment and have been successfully working with Datacom in deploying in the setup of Scala Media Players, DT Media PC stores nationwide.
 
6. Understanding and Familiar with the Cisco Meraki GUI.

7. Understanding of Microsoft AD like unlocking the frozen account, resetting of passwords of the clients Understanding of supporting Windows OS and MS Office 365.
 
8. Excellent Data Entry skills and communication skills with the clients.
