1 - Lead, direct, and develop the UX team. 
2 - Foster an environment of collaboration between the UI/UX Experience team and all internal teams to build closer relationships, better understanding of UX/UI, and explore new opportunities for supporting GENPACT’s business goals.
3 - Drive executions of project deliverables in conjunction with the Customer side Managers, GENPACT Onsite Delivery Manager and GENPACT India Management team and monitor issues within projects and assist in resolving project conflict.

8 - Actively cultivate a network of external creative resources to identify additional creative support solutions while helping the internal team stay current with cutting-edge industry tools, practices, and design trends.
