- Leadership Development Strategy, including the design and deployment of a framework including leadership expectations, group mentorship, and live training & social events for all people managers
- Performance Management Strategy, including organizational reviews, employee dialogues, peer reviews, and more via software solutions (e.g. Small Improvements, Culture Amp)
- Internal Events, including the production of company-wide offsites, socials, and our bi-weekly hybrid All-Hands event

- Developed and executed on a communications and culture strategy for Cognite that includes Employer Branding, Leadership Development, and Social & Cultural resources for our teams. I led a small team in this work. Together with the rest of Cognite's People & Organization (HR) team, we attract and retain exceptional talent by fostering a challenging, rewarding, and fun employee experience. 

- Ownership of all primary comms tools (Google Suite, Atlassian Confluence, Slack) and channels (All Hands, team showcasing, company offsite programs)

- Designed and ran hybrid OKR Process, breaking strategy down into ambitious, short-term goals, and increasing collaboration across our fast-growing organization. In this capacity, I have been a trusted advisor to the Executive Management Team.
