It all started on stage. As an actress, I learned what it means to be fully seen and to truly see others. The stage taught me how to listen beyond words, how to connect through presence, and how powerful authenticity can be. Then came tango. What felt like a dance quickly became a language. In silence, I discovered trust. In movement, I discovered leadership. I learned when to lead, when to follow, and how to be fully present in the moment. These are lessons I carry into every coaching conversation. These creative worlds were not a detour. They were preparation. Because leadership, real leadership, is not about control. It is about connection. It is how we listen, how we communicate, how we take up space without taking space from others. That is what I bring to individuals, leaders, and teams. A space to speak up, set boundaries, and lead with clarity, presence, and power without burning out. I am a Certified Life and Leadership Coach (ICF ACC), actress, and tango dancer. I guide people from people-pleasing to powerful self-leadership, where their voice is heard, their needs are respected, and their way of being inspires change around them.
