Handle business development within the company for Employee Benefits program for corporation. Work with our counterpart all over the world to ensure delivery for clients. 

Prior to this role, I was managing a team of 10 In servicing and maintaining clients in general insurance, employees benefits as well as general insurance. I am also responsible for new business budget growth for the team and have a proven track record in doing cold calls

I am a firm believer in a partnership approach by taking the time listen, understand, prioritise and achieve client goals. The global and local resources at my disposal allows me to do this by bringing the best of Marsh to each and every client situation.
