-First team member hired in Canada to lead the research operations across Canada and US for ~800+ Product, Design, Sales, and Marketing user research studies. Collaborated cross-functionally Product and Design Leadership Team to ensure alignment of company goals. 

-Led research operations for strategic 0-1 bet to launch Intuit Enterprise Suite for the new mid-market customer offering, receiving a spotlight from the Senior Leadership Team.

-Partnered with the  Engineering team to help them fix and enable bank feeds by connecting them with customers for research sessions, allowing them to collect scripts to resolve issues.  As for now, we enable 250k+ customers to reconcile their transactions seamlessly and save hours of manual work.   

-Shifted research operations strategy from a manual process to a new automated platform to enable more self-serve research. Trained and got adoption from the global Product & Design teams, decreasing the recruitment time for studies by 50%.

-Owned and monitored key metrics dashboard using Looker studio from multiple sources (e.g. # participants, time to completion, NPS) to drive research operations recruitment improvement, increasing the recruitment of participants by 40%. 

-Created and grew from scratch a quarterly newsletter sharing the impact of research with the broader organization, resulting in increased collaboration across internal teams and giving more visibility to research.

-Promoted to lead and support a portfolio of national accounts (major Canadian banks, Canada Post, Walmart) representing $3M in revenue, driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Partnered closely with ~10 people across Enterprise Sales, Product & Engineering. 

-Served as the subject Matter Expert for Indeed Targeted Ads (Managed up to 30 ad campaigns per month) & Indeed Resume to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI) for the customers by leveraging analytical metrics, resulting in a 5% increase in client retention rate during the COVID-19 pandemic.

-Hired to conduct high-volume phone interviews (~200+  per month)  for the bilingual Financial Advisor positions in Montreal on behalf of TD Bank. Worked closely with 4 TD Bank recruiters.

-Built and developed an Excel spreadsheet to analyze market trends and identified new talent pools, leading to 25% increase in qualified applicants for Bilingual hard-to-fill positions.

-Achieved 105% of monthly recruitment goals from day one and was promoted to recruitment consultant within 3 months due to exceptional performance.

-Hired to lead and implement the restructuring program for the patrimonial business unit, impacting 80+ employees and managed a portfolio of 300+ employees across France. Collaborated and advised the EVP and ~30+ Financial Directors across France on HR matters.

-Achieved HR operational efficiency through streamlined workflow communication with our cross-functional partners in HR such as as payroll, learning & development, talent acquisition, legal and Union Representatives.

-Designed and coached ~200+ hiring managers on HR best practices. 

-Mentored 2 HR assistants, resulting in streamlining the administrative process and saving ~2 hours per day.

-Led recruitment initiatives, driving the strategy and execution of our hiring plan representing +300 requests annually. Partnered and advised ~40+ hiring managers across all the functions.

-Managed the full-cycle recruitment for the contract positions across all departments at the bank (Data, Marketing, IT, HR, Compliance, Finance ).  Recruited ~300+ hires across various levels and departments with a 90% average acceptance rate over 2 years.

-Designed and implemented a new process to streamline the recruitment process, resulting in decreasing the time to fill by 50%.

-Monitored and used recruitment data metrics to determine and drive recruitment improvements such as the funnel recruitment and salary benchmark, resulting in decreasing time to fill by ~ %30.
