Bambooster led 3 days of BootCamp with 60 attendees and 18 teams and developed the NTN Academy, an onboarding program on entrepreneurship in life science and the required methods and mindset.

📌 2015: Led the transformation of innovation at Roche Pharma Global by establishing a team +  frameworks integrating design thinking, agile/scrum, and new business models to enhance access and pricing strategies. Help over 20 countries + 350 access colleagues to design and test faster effective access strategies.

📌 2017: Got my 3rd boy and decided to try entrepreneurship 💪

Because planning your year in December is like preparing for a curve while you're already in it.

Direction beats speed, but most of us focus on speed.
Here is how to easily fix it 😉.

Set an intention with one word. My word for 2025 was DARE.

It helped me to say no to opportunities that didn't fit so I could:

The problem?
Most of us spend more time planning our next vacation than planning our year.

We say yes to everything. We feel we're not making progress... 

Here's what I learned after 8 years of personal retreats (photo from this year's retreat in Egandin Swiss Alps) :

✅ Looking backward helps you move forward 
Churchill said it best: "The farther backward you can look, the farther forward you can see."

✅ Energy mapping reveals patterns 
Track your highs and lows across the year. Where did you feel alive? What drained you? Do more of the first. Less of the second.

✅ One word > ten goals 
Goals tell you what to do. An intention tells you who to be. Mine anchors every decision I make.

When I record my training videos, I sometimes stumble over words, repeat myself, or rephrase mid-sentence.
I used to cut all of that out.
Now? I leave some in.

✅ It shows I’m flexible, authentic, and approachable.
✅ It sparks more comments and connection.

AI can give you:
