The Teranode Group is a global organization that brings together businesses with deep expertise in the blockchain space, covering areas such as intellectual property, product development, transaction processing, vertical solutions, and digital asset recovery.  

Within the Exploration Team, we focus on identifying and addressing new challenges where blockchain-based solutions can make a real impact. We explore use cases across various industries, collaborate closely with customers to design innovative solutions, and work to scale them in the market.

The main project I’ve been working on involves combining drone technology with blockchain, targeting use cases in logistics and carbon credit management.

Product Lead Exploration

Experience at TAAL - acquired by the Teranode Group early 2025. 

TAAL is a Swiss blockchain mining and software company specializing in Blockchain-as-a-Service (BaaS). The TAAL platform empowers builders to develop applications on top of the blockchain and is currently the leading BaaS platform in the Bitcoin SV (BSV) ecosystem.  

Its top products include WhatsOnChain, a block explorer, and Arc, a transaction broadcaster. Additionally, we are developing innovative solutions, such as a token platform, to unlock the potential of Ordinals tokens and smart contracts on Bitcoin.

Heroez

I co-founded and developed this personal project alongside seasoned Web3 and esports professionals. Heroez is the first fan-governed esports organization operating as a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), where governance voting requires the Heroez NFT (ERC-721).  

Heroez currently has a world-class competitive team in Apex Legends.  

Main achievements:
- Co-wrote the project's whitepaper  
- Helped grow the project's community from 0 to 5,000 members  
- Worked with the CTO to successfully design and launch the initial NFT sale (500 units) through our website, also performing quality assurance testing on the minting process and smart contract functionality  
- Designed and launched the alpha version of the Heroez web app, featuring custom DAO governance and a shop experience  
- Contributed to crafting and testing the Heroez experience, including lore and the social hub, within The Sandbox metaverse

LittleBig Connection is a scale-up WorkTech company with 300 employees, offering a SaaS and marketplace platform that enables large clients to connect with experts worldwide and manage their procurement processes.

With 400,000 experts across 8 countries and an annual turnover of €450M, LittleBig Connection has become a major player in its industry.

As Head of Product and a member of the OpCom, I was responsible for supervising global product strategy and fostering the right organization and product culture within our 90-person product team. I directly managed product leaders (Lead Product Manager, Principal Product Manager, Head of Product Design) and indirectly oversaw 9 product managers and 5 product designers.

Main achievements:
- Led organizational and cultural change towards a product operating model, empowering teams.
- Implemented an outcome-driven roadmap and product OKRs to align strategy with measurable impact.
- Rolled out Airfocus (strategic product management) and Pendo (analytics) to enhance decision-making.
- Established communication channels and alignment with stakeholders on product strategy and mindset.
- Contributed to the new blockchain task force, exploring Web3 solutions such as cross-border payments and DeFi.

Topaze

With approximately 30,000 clients, the SOFIA Group is the leading French provider of SaaS solutions for paramedical professions, formed through the merger of IDEA (Topaze-Télévitale) and SNAL (Albus).

As Product Director, I managed a portfolio of SaaS products while also acting operationally as a Product Manager for multiple teams, overseeing the development and strategy of key solutions:

- Topaze Web – A new SaaS product for various paramedical professions, covering patient management, billing, and invoicing.
- Billing Engine – A standalone product used by Topaze Web to streamline billing processes.
- Payment Tracking Prototype – A tool enabling practitioners to monitor payments and handle recovery of outstanding invoices.
- Origyn – A new software designed from scratch for midwives, focused on patient management.
- Topaze Air – A product derived from Albus Air, specifically targeting physiotherapists with patient management, billing, and invoicing features.

Main Achievements:
- Successfully launched Topaze Air Kiné, a new solution for physiotherapists, achieving over 2,000 new users per year.
- Designed and launched Origyn, a dedicated software for midwives, enabling them to manage patients' care records. This product also served as a gateway to attract more than 500 midwives to our main platform.
- Led the development of a new service offering for Topaze Air, helping nurses delegate the recovery of unpaid invoices, improving cash flow and administrative efficiency.

As Product Manager, I worked on the design of the new product of the company, Topaze Web.
I worked with a Scrum team of 5 developers, 1 tech lead, 1 business analyst, 2 testers.

Main achievements:
- Changed the course of action of a software development project in difficulty, handled only by developers without being guided by a PM
- Successfully implemented product management practices
- Piloted the preparation to obtain the mandatory certificate for billing software

Daneel.io

Daneel is a web3 start-up aiming at bringing data intelligence to non-professional cryptocurrency investors. Its engine analyses all of the cryptocurrencies news, signals, and market emotions using IBM Watson. 

- Successfully managed the development of Daneel's prototype
- Built a panel of key users and conducted interviews 
- Participated in defining product strategy

Experience at MonDocteur, a SaaS company direct competitor of Doctolib and acquired by Doctolib in 2018 for 50M.

As senior sales manager, I was in charge of developing the PACA region along with a team of 4 people, prospecting, selling and rolling-out the SaaS software in medical offices. I left the company early to concentrate on entrepreneurship.

•	In 2015, I went to Mauritius to build from scratch the Mauritius subsidiary (internal hub). The company went from 0 to 75 employees in 8 months.
