Aurélien De Nunzio is the CEO and founder of Permettezmoideconstruire.fr, a 100% online service that simplifies housing projects legal procedures. Aurélien started in the field of housing at the age of 16, as a painter and decorator. In 2014, he began graduate studies in construction economics and site management. During this period, he realized how individuals were struggling with the legal procedures of their housing projects. While joining EDHEC Business School, he started thinking about how to disrupt this massive issue. In 2017, Aurélien created the company and started beta-testing the concept. He then flew to Stanford University where he followed training on product & business scaling. In 2018, he and his team layed the ground for turning the company into a scalable and fast-growing business. Today, the startup is helping hundreds of people each month to achieve the housing projects of their dreams. And it is just starting.
