I am a recruiter at Ryan Consulting Group, LLC, where I manage the full-cycle recruiting process for clients in various industries, such as Fintech, Financial Services, Software Development, and Private Equity. I prospect and retain corporate clients with a white glove approach, liaise between internal and external stakeholders, and create process improvement methods for the ATS system. I also produce internal training and templates for brand and business processes, leveraging my skills in client onboarding, new business development, and process improvement. My passion for human connection and networking stems from my diverse and global background. I graduated from Muskingum University with a triple bachelor's degree in International Business, Economics, and Spanish, and a minor in Mathematics. I also studied abroad in Argentina, where I immersed myself in the Spanish language and culture. I started my career as an English-speaking adjunct in Spain, then worked as a cultural liaison and ESL teacher for the Pittsburgh Pirates, and later as a multi-disciplinary educator and online school coordinator at IMG Academy. I speak Spanish, Portuguese, and English fluently, and use my multilingual and multicultural skills to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients across the globe. I am always eager to learn new things, challenge myself, and grow professionally and personally.
