•	Coordinate partnerships of multistakeholder and international funded projects. Used Gantt chart and Agile project management methodology. Projects focused on digital transformation and life science.
•	Business analysis and technology transfer activities for start-ups, university spin-offs and SMEs. Implement omnichannel engagement activities.
•	Coordinate projects for the Center Best4Food (Bicocca Center of Science and technology for Food) with more than 100 researchers and 9 department of the University of Milano-Bicocca. All projects lasted 2/3 years. Relation management of internal and external stakeholders (head of departments in university, c-level in companies, European policy center, local public institutions). 
•	Organize multistakeholder workshops in Tanzania and Italy gathering entrepreneurs, institutional representatives, and business professionals. Coordinate omnichannel engagement activities with 5 external partners located in Netherlands, Tanzania and Italy.
