I started in the field, selling face-to-face, building menus, handling tastings, and closing tough accounts—learning firsthand what it takes to earn trust and move product. That experience shaped how I lead now. Today, as Head of Sales, I manage a multi-state team, translating boots-on-the-ground sales knowledge into strategic, high-performing systems. I don’t just direct sales—I build it. From hiring and training to territory development and pipeline creation, I guide our team to drive volume, increase velocity, and expand our footprint. I work closely with marketing to connect UX insights and sales performance data into smart, responsive strategies that boost PLV and long-term customer value. I believe every touchpoint—from digital to in-person—is a sales opportunity. So, we build campaigns and field experiences that not only move cases but also build brand obsession. Whether it’s planning a high-impact market visit, creating road experiences that turn heads, or adapting real-time strategies based on territory analytics, I focus on what sells.
