Responsible for driving the success of key accounts by owning the account level P&L and achieving organic revenue growth and margin targets. 

Orchestrate and lead pursuit teams for new opportunities and write proposals, SOWs, models, and decks with internal help to secure extensions and find additions to the account.

Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive net new pipeline and achieve revenue targets.

• Develop new recruitment styles and models. 

• Assist with international and US Top Talent implementation project by researching and developing the program. 

• Utilize the Sprint Recruitment Method/Agile Methodologies.

• Source through over 6,000+ candidates nationwide & LATAM to create and develop macro and micro pipelines.

• Mentor, both internationally and locally, on the following: Recruiting methodology, leading edge sourcing techniques, relationship building, negotiation, and closing techniques.

• Provide in depth analysis on candidates, competition, and the market.

• Exceed expectations during each sprint. 

• Source and fill for Director Level Business & Tech Positions. (Not Including Florida, California, & NY) 

• Filled 2 Director Level/Sr Level Positions in less than 3 weeks.
