I am a graduate from the University of California, Santa Barbara majoring in Computer Science with an emphasis in Computational Economics. I was also part of the Technology Management Program (TMP) at UCSB. As a Customer Success Manager, I start working with clients as soon as they sign their contract and am their primary point of contact to offer guidance and best practices. My main responsibility is to aid clients through the implementation process to get their account set up, their core users trained, and help them establish a roll out plan to educate the rest of their company. I provide guidance and coordination in the following areas: supported hardware and configuration, project plan, data conversion, software installation and setup, coordinated onsite training and implementation, custom programming and other software related issues. Once their account is up and running, I continue to monitor their use and will stay in contact for additional training, technical support, new releases and tool enhancements.
