I provide first-level technical support by email, chat, phone, and in-person to 21,000+ students, 1200+  faculty, and 1800+ staff of the university, escalating when necessary. 

I also collaborate with the IT service support team and technicians across two campuses to resolve tickets.

> Maintained a high level of organization and confidentiality when handling concurrent tasks and taxpayer data
> Completed 20+ tickets in production, through which I updated existing C# code to resolve 250+ payments, built SQL queries to pull previously unmapped data from 200,000+ returns for easier filtering, built a new class to mass-update filing expectations of 200+ accounts, and more

I balance many roles with my Computer Science studies, including being an IT services level 1 support, a mentor to other women in tech, and an avid volunteer in my community. I am currently a Rising Leader Intern at Rewriting the Code where I'm helping to bring together a community that empowers women in tech!

As a hardworking and constantly improving individual who loves to learn, I want to use technology to empower others. I look forward to opportunities to grow as I pursue that path.
