If you've got an interest in owning real estate, but no time to find deals, evaluate assets, or manage tenants, that's good news. My team does all the active work. In the simplest terms we: ◾ Uncover great real estate deals (& say ‘no’ to lots of other deals) ◾ Negotiate & put them under contract ◾ Evaluate all the details (physical, financial, legal) ◾ Turn our deals into investment opportunities for our investors (people like you) ◾ We take care of all the property management ◾ Our investors share in cash-flow, tax benefits, and upside at sale Are we in all the ‘hot’ markets? No. We like to stick with what we know—the Midwest. Are we building a giant, national brand? Nope. We like working with a small group of people we know well. Are we investing in huge apartment buildings? Also no. We like to buy warehouses & industrial properties. We use our expertise & network to find investment properties And our investors can join if it suits them (they may not like every deal!) If we find the right opportunities, we will do 2-4 deals this year. If we don’t, we won’t. 👉 We want to grow a little bit with the right people.
