As a technical recruiter at New-Cruit, I help connect talented IT professionals with contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions that match their skills and goals. I have a BS in Business Management, and Sports Management from Springfield College, where I also gained valuable experience in event planning, campus recreation, and athletics. I have over two years of work experience in recruiting, coaching, and youth service, and I have developed strong skills in customer relationship management, communication, and recruiting. I am passionate about creating positive and lasting relationships with candidates and clients, and supporting them throughout the hiring process. I am also interested in learning more about the IT industry and its applications in sports and entertainment.
