Hi there, I grew up in India and moved to the UK in 2003. I studied Economics at university and quickly realised that I didn't need my degree for my first job 🙈. I always dreamed of being an entrepreneur, and after learning from exceptional individuals during my decade of work experience at various companies, I took the plunge and embarked on my entrepreneurial journey with my best friend (aka husband). We founded GrowthBuddy in 2022 and have been extremely fortunate to work with amazing team members and customers. Our vision with GrowthBuddy is to humanise hiring. We fundamentally disagree with how traditional recruitment agencies operate and want to change the narrative. To summarise, we work with our customers to help them find the finest remote candidates. We take ownership of the entire hiring process, including sourcing, technically interviewing and hiring candidates on their behalf, helping them save hundreds of hours of interviewing and up to 50% of their hiring budget.
