Account Executive

Madwire®

As the interim Director of Sales Canadian Division, I am responsible for the hiring, onboarding, development, and day-to-day operations of Madwire’s Canadian sales team. I report directly to the CSO of Madwire US and President of Operations of Madwire Canada providing crucial feedback to ensure we are on target in implementing our five-year growth plan. Madwire Canada is a new division and my tenure and familiarity with digital marketing allows me to consult on account management, HR-related items, as well as business and employee development.

I work with SMBs to help develop growth strategies through digital marketing, utilizing Madwire's suite of services. Services range from SEM and social management, to content marketing, design, and automation.

Simply put, we help small businesses grow by putting them in front of their customers at the right place, at the right time.

Responsible for training and development of all new sales consultant hiring. 
Developed curriculum for the 2-month training program
Utilize sales and management skills to provide the best onboarding experience possible for new hires.

Target

Responsible for all Logistics related processes for my store, including all inbound/outbound freight, maintaining store inventory levels, managing backroom inventory, and reducing shortage. 

-Managed team of up to 70 sales associates, logistics personnel, and 4 team leaders. 
-Personally accountable for total store inventory. 
-Manage all inbound/outbound freight, store in stock reporting, and handle all distribution center/Corporate communication. 
-Achieved "Green" 2013 Team Survey results in "Engagement" and "Intent to Stay" for all employees on my team. 
-Regularly hold top monthly rankings in the district (13 stores), and top third for the group (62 stores) in all logistics-related metrics
