If you had a magic wand that could solve 3 problems in your business, would you use that? There’s a catch though. Talking with various B2B companies, what I have realized is, that it’s not ONE problem that makes the growth difficult… There’s a list of problem that needs to be fixed in the right order to obtain sustainable growth. You don’t need to do a bunch of different things to solve the problems you face in your business. Rather, you need to create a strong foundation that can support your business no matter what the situation is. Solving 3 problems in your business won’t do good in the long run, but if you focus on fixing these 4 pillars of your business, that is what separates you from the rest of the market.
