Avilia Guardiola is a first-generation Mexican-American from Arizona whose professional journey spans multiple industries and continents. She began her career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, specializing in investment banking with a focus on Latin American clients during a period of rapid market expansion. This early experience fueled her passion for financial strategy.. Avilia then took on a leadership role at Sponsors for Educational Opportunity, where she led efforts to enhance the investment banking internship pipeline program, improving opportunities for aspiring finance professionals. While pursuing her MBA at Harvard Business School, Avilia launched Violet Cycles, a venture dedicated to providing disposable feminine hygiene products, blending her business expertise with a commitment to social impact. After completing her MBA, she joined H-E-B, one of the largest grocery retailers in the U.S., where she played a key role in driving growth and innovation within the company’s procurement & e-commerce divisions. In 2021, Avilia founded Avilia Coaching & Consulting, specializing in providing strategic consulting services to businesses with an eCommerce presence, helping them drive growth, optimize operations, and achieve their digital transformation goals.
