Assisted in the creation of internal tools to streamline customer feedback back into the Relyance AI ecosystem.
Created the standard operating procedure for in-taking customer feedback back into the internal engineering ecosystem. This included: Fetching customer feedback, piping it to MongoDB, analyzing the data using internal tools, then piping that analysis back to production.

Data Analyst - Source Code Analysis / Product

Tested and helped manage the first version of a key product, Data Subject Requests.
Sourced, vetted, and managed end-to-end development of more than 100 3rd party vendor integrations.
Part of the first major bug hunting effort. Helped produce comprehensive root cause analysis to reduce the time engineering spent looking into bugs.
Helped on product management to revamp the user-facing error notifications for the integrations portion of the app.
Worked in collaboration with the technical lead to create quarterly plans for the team of 4 software engineers working on integrations.
Used Google Cloud Logging extensively to implement some of the first internal logging efforts in the engineering department.
Gained further experience in: Python, GraphQL, Google Cloud Ecosystem (Logging, Storage), MongoDB, Linux + Linux Emulation, and software debugging.

Data Analyst - Integrations

Created the first ROI calculator, which was used in defining the initial sales pitch and shown to dozens of the companies first prospective customers.
Worked with the legal team to help create the first version of a universal regulator ready compliance form.
Created the first Standard Operating Procedure for collecting, understanding, vetting, and implementing customer and prospect 3rd party vendor integration requests. This included: Request tracking, trial account acquisition, project management, and software development testing.
Learned Python and worked on creating some of the companies first 3rd party vendor integrations.
Hands on work across the early organization doing market research, compliance and governance market research, and pre Go-To-Market fundamentals.

Collected data in the form of Data Processing Agreements to help train the first NLP/ML model at Relyance AI.

Project Fit America
Used Google Sheets and R/RStudio to clean, analyze, and interpret program results from Sonoma county non-profit, Project Fit America. Produced report with analysis, findings, visual aids, and suggestions to further the success of the program. Presentation was also given to program director. Results from the analysis were critical in raising funds from corporate donors.

Point Reyes National Seashore
Assisted the Point Reyes National Seashore in creating a demographics and consumer spending survey. Team helped update a park demographic survey from ~20 years prior. Included a portion on consumer spending to give the park a better idea where to advertise, and how much revenue (if any) the park and the surrounding area were generating. Survey never distributed due to government shutdown and closure of the park.
