I have built and led GTM, Selling Systems, Sales Enablement and RevOps functions from the ground up for leading Startups such as Walkme, Sisense, Imperva-Incapsula, Transmit Security, Rapyd and more. As a consultant, member of Advisory Boards and Design Partners (e.g. Gong), I am helping entrepreneurs and scaling startups to implement and reinforce their sales methodologies, fine-tune their Product-Market Fit, design, build and scale their selling motion (Gong, Novacy, Connecteam, and more SaaS business). In 2020 I founded Project Moneyball (a GTM consulting firm) to help early-stage startups and scaling businesses overcome their growth challenges. My services incorporate Moneyball Methodologies that I have developed over my extensive tenure. I am a certified sales trainer holding a B.Eng with Honors in Electrical Engineering & Physics from Coventry University (UK) and the Max Planck Institute (France). Since 2009 I have been pioneering and evolutionizing the conservative role and responsibilities of Sales Enablement into a Strategic GTM Multiplier, to create a greater impact across the entire customer lifecycle, from Lead Gen, through a more sanitized pipeline, to a healthier Book Of Business managed by data-led Expansion teams. With over 15 years of global experience in Sales and GTM, and over 30 years of experience in the areas of L&D and Training, I am coaching and enabling the next generations of GTM Multipliers with a unique, analytical and holistic approach to Revenue Intelligence.
