Through his expertise, he developed a Technical Reference Manual (TRM) that helped strengthen company competencies with refrigeration systems and helped add technical expertise to existing state manuals. Always looking to the future, Avner and OES have expanded their service offerings to include LED technologies and EV charging stations. His visionary approach to business and innovative solutions have contributed to the growth of OES by 40% year-over-year (YOY). Avner has a growing staff of over 50 team members and is proud that the majority of his executives are highly skilled and talented women.
