I am proud to lead the UIA as their CEO. We have grown agency participation over 200% by adding value and access to markets for all agencies in the state. I am an action-oriented leader with a proven record of success. Prior to leading UIA, I was instrumental in growing and returning Nevada and Utah to profitability, I was promoted and tasked with doing the same in Tennessee, Kentucky North Carolina and South Carolina. In three years, my team had double digit growth year over year and profit improvement. I also hired and trained new staff while establishing new territories and strategic direction. I have also developed Key Performance Indicator measurement tools to ensure the sales team is focused on the most important tasks. As a regional manager, I was chosen as the lead to introduce new national products, test, improve, and develop go-to-market strategies for future launch efforts throughout the country. This required a deep understanding of the product, pricing, and broad education to internal staff and over 400 agency locations.
