- Setting technical direction: Defining the technical strategy and roadmap for a project, and ensuring that the team is aligned with this vision. This includes identifying the technical challenges and opportunities of the project, and developing and communicating a plan to address them.

- Leading the development team: Managing the development team, including setting priorities, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support to team members & responsible for hiring and onboarding new team members, as well as providing performance feedback and career development support.

- Collaborating with other teams: Working closely with other teams, such as product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure that the project is delivered on time and to the desired quality level. Also be responsible for coordinating with external stakeholders, such as clients or partners.

- Ensuring technical quality: Ensuring that the project meets the technical quality standards set by the organization. This includes performing code reviews, establishing coding standards, and ensuring that the team follows best practices for development.

-Managing project and responsible for the software development activities including development, code verification, and managing the change requests for the project. 

-Integrated, debugged, and tested software, databases, and hardware from level one test to delivery of the new system.

-Actively involved in team activities to build different modules for the project, also collaborated with different teams to coordinate the easy flow of data across cross-platform systems.

-Implemented functionalities in different projects using Core Javascript(ReactJS/ReactNative), HTML, and CSS.

-Assisted the QA team with documenting and testing multiple stories per sprint.

-Presented a tech talk about ReactJS protocol to help ease the business workflow.

I graduated from NUST in 2021 with a degree in Computer Engineering, where I learned the fundamentals of coding, design, and innovation. I also developed a keen interest in the emerging technologies of crypto, Web 3.0, and AI, which led me to explore the world of startups and funding.

As the Head of Partnerships at Venture Capital, I drive strategic growth and foster connections within the startup ecosystem. I collaborate closely with startup clients to understand their unique funding needs and craft tailored strategies and successful outcomes. I also cultivate and nurture relationships with venture capital firms, angel investors, and industry associations, expanding our network and funding opportunities. I love to connect the dots between startups with big dreams and investors with deep pockets, creating partnerships that go beyond the bottom line. I'm passionate about pushing boundaries and exploring what's on the tech horizon, and I'm always up for swapping notes, brainstorming, and changing the world together.
