As a Senior UX Designer, I conduct user research and create user persona and user journeys representative of the target users. With this I create wire frames and test them through iterative loops before moving them into interactive prototypes. I liaise with internal teams to align product design and user requirements and conduct user evaluations to identify and mitigate potential usability challenges. I also execute task analyses to enhance user experience, streamline interactions, and collaborate cross-functionally to embed usability best practices throughout development stages. My passion for UX stems from my BA in Anthropology and MA in International Relations, where I learned how to analyze complex systems and design solutions that address diverse needs and goals. I have applied this skill to various domains, such as blockchain, fintech, agriculture, and entertainment, creating user-centric designs that deliver measurable ROI. I have designed fintech apps, enterprise web apps, B2B and B2C SaaS, DAO games, governance systems, launchpads, swaps, DEX, CEX, mobile dApps, wallets, websites, and many other web3 apps. I use a range of tools and techniques, such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Blender, Cinema 3D, Rive, Adobe Aftereffect, HTML5, CSS3, Webflow, WordPress, Google Analytics, HotJar, Maze, Notion, Talebook, Jira, Trello, Zeroheight, Storybook, Aha, Miro, PowerBI, and Powerpoint. If I'm not at work, you can find me backpacking through Europe flying my drone or working on the latest series of my novel.
