Joined Streetcar as employee number two in April 2005 when company valued at £1m. Retained Director level roles, reporting directly to Founders, due to performance, results and ability through the next five years of growth until sale to Zipcar for $50M in 2010.

•	Led the co-ordination of due diligence for private equity investment into Streetcar which completed in Feb 2007
•	Launched Streetcar for Hotels, a salary sacrifice employee benefit, numerous strategic partnerships and rolled out graduate recruitment programme.
•	Initiated, scoped and delivered a comprehensive health & safety procedure and audit system which determined the benchmark for this industry and underpinned rapid scale up and acceptance of the Streetcar concept
•	Initiated, developed and delivered additional revenue generating functions streams from property developers/consultancy services
•	Developed the Streetcar for Business Product and led the go to market strategy and quickly given full P&L responsibility for the B2B and Zipvan products and associated teams and functions.
