Built and launched a time management web application used by 25k people across Amazon. Went all-in on GenAI and built a suite of apps to help with productivity/creativity.

Built a team between Dublin, London, Cape Town and Berlin. Introduced Kanban to set new delivery standards. Founded the SmokeJumping team to deliver first Pipeline-as-a-Service (PaaS) experience to improve ability to pivot and act as a safety net for customers. We enjoy running towards fires.
