As assisted reality application and GTM-specialist, I took over the set up of TeamViewer's Endorsed Apps alliance with SAP for EMEA business region. This meant working out the cooperation's money-making benefits, the quick identification of relevant sectors, market opportunities and low-hanging fruits, creating a SAP contact network, and get endorsement for co-selling into SAP's customer base.
