Leading a team of approximately 50 team members in the front of the store to enhance, engage, and achieve a friction-less experience. We have achieved a 42% increase in our guest satisfaction, due to collaboration and problem solving.

Additionally, in the short amount of time we have achieved a lower turnover rate by approximately 22% from historical years by keeping the work center engaged and empowered.

Lastly, we achieved a "green" workcenter by the end of fiscal year 2017 while taking over leadership duties midyear of 2017.
