Throughout my career, the most effective way to transform and create distinctive value has been through strategy execution. With cross-industry expertise leading C-Suite roles and implementing transformative initiatives in global organizations, I engage and partner with stakeholders at all levels to turn vision into value by executing strategy on a project basis. Achievements from the implementations I have led include completing business turnarounds, generating jobs and over $500 million in revenue, creating partnerships, implementing digital transformations, and optimizing overall ROI. To make things happen, I combine natural and learned skills to adapt my leadership style to changing circumstances, build trusting relationships, simplify complexity, embrace disruption, manage uncertainty, and navigate ambiguity. Besides an MBA designation and a CPA license, my credentials include a BSc in accounting and finance, a master’s in international management, and programs in strategy, leadership, innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship. Among other honors, I chaired national boards of accounting institutions, led reforms in professional development standards, and earned a fellowship after competing with candidates selected by the governments of 35 countries.
