I am the General Manager of Technical Community and Client Engineering at IBM. I am responsible for leading the IBM Technology Technical Community, Client Engineering, Ecosystem Engineering, and seller and partner learning teams. My mission is to create best-in-class experiential moments for customers at every stage of their journey. Throughout my career, I have created and led high-performing teams focused on complex software solutions to some of the world’s most well-known brands in more then 100 countries. Prior to IBM, I led go-to-market teams through transformation and hyper growth at Oracle, Datastax (the open source provider of Apache Cassandra), AtScale and other enterprise software companies. Earlier in my career, I was part of a small group of pioneers in value selling advanced analytics software for several start-ups in price optimization and advanced analytics.
