I reduced our Purchase Order Incident Response Time by 39% and updated our matching system to resolve discrepancies between Purchase Order Line IDs and Schedule Order Line IDs. As a Senior Technical Product Manager in Amazon's Returns and Recommerce Applied Science team, I designed and conceptualized a suite of 5 interconnected LLM-powered products to collect, analyze & utilize customer returns feedback that would lead to $933.57 MM in Cost Savings and 9.73 MM in Capacity Benefits. My prior startup experience was as a Product Manager at Determined AI, which later got acquired by Hewlett Packard Enterprise in November 2021. There, I worked on the HPE ML Development Environment, where I developed features which increased speed by 10X for Hyperparameter Optimization/Neural Architecture Search, achieved 2X speed-up in distributed training and saved our customers up to 70% cost in cloud instances. Because of these efforts, we were able to land notable customers working on cutting-edge DL applications like Aleph Alpha, Recursion Pharmaceuticals, Volvo group & a large defense contractor. Prior to that I was a PM in the cybersecurity space, where I developed a GRC Tool and later upgraded it to integrate with systems like Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, SAP.
