I managed a team that worked across both paid and organic social media. I am responsible for devising and implementing strategies to achieve KPIs that are agreed with the client and set out to assist achieving overarching business objectives. 

Due to my wider digital marketing knowledge, I am able to create plans that work harmoniously across all digital channels to enable synergy and effective results.

I work with my team to develop seasonal marketing calendars and help bring campaigns to life across Instagram, Facebook, Spotify, LinkedIn & TikTok.

In this position I currently work directly with clients, putting together pitches, reports and running account meetings.

I also actively keep on top of industry updates and ensure that this information is fed through the team.

Social Media Marketing Manager

At Run2 I am responsible for the account management of clients, ensuring that their corporate objectives can be achieved through the assistance if digital marketing efforts. Through thorough market & industry analysis and research, I am able to segment and target my clients' audiences. 

I write and execute digital marketing strategies for my clients including PPC,SEO, Social Media & Email marketing. 

I develop, plan, create and maintain PPC accounts across Google Ads & Bing ensuring the most effective use of budgets. I assess and execute SEO strategies looking at both technical and content based SEO, briefing content writers to create highly effective pieces of content. In addition to this, I create highly targeted paid social media campaigns that funnel users through the decision process in order to convert users through brand awareness to retention. 

Working towards KPIs, I report to my clients on a monthly basis analysing successes and planning how improvements can be made to ensure objectives are continuously reached and boundaries are pushed.

Senior Digital Marketing Executive at Run2

Williams Motor Group

Responsible for analysing the complete online presence of the Williams Group.

The main responsibilities of my role include supporting the planning and implementation of digital advertising campaigns to deliver a positive impact on sales, growth and customer retention across multiple consumer channels for all Williams' franchises including BMW, MINI, Jaguar & Land Rover.

Through analysis and research, I am responsible for the creation and delivery of the paid marketing strategy for the group, devising optimising tactics and managing performance of all campaigns. I am currently responsible for an annual spend of £300,000 on AutoTrader, £250,000 across Google Ads as well as £20,000 across Facebook. 

My role also involves me to:
Continuously analyse data to ensure marketing efforts are effective and achieving objectives. 

Research and report on industry and competitor paid search and digital advertising activity and trends.

Manage and successfully maintain the day to day relationship with digital advertising suppliers and third parties.

Ensure the Williams brand and their respective brand franchises identity and standards are upheld throughout all marketing activities.

My role required me to identify the most appropriate forms of social media for the business and  how these platforms may be exploited in order to promote and advertise the business and its services. I ensure that the target audience is understood in order to build strong engagement over the social media streams such as LinkedIn and the company's website. This role has built my understanding of social media platforms and how/when to optimise their usage, this was done through research and testing out prime times where engagement was at its highest. I formulated and implemented a social media strategy for the business creating a range of documents in order to ensure a consistent, coherent message was delivered as well as being able to track progress. This role was interesting as there were 3 audiences I needed to deliver differing messages to, so research and understanding each particular audiences needs, wants and habits was essential for success.

SEO & Social Media Intern

International Festival for Business 2014

During the 50 day festival, I was responsible for producing the daily briefings to tight deadlines, this involved undertaking research about the local visitor economy and collating key information about the Festival events planned for a given day. My job was to disseminate the information to over 600 volunteers, and many businesses across the city region, through a range of print and social media channels. Feedback from the recipients was excellent, everything they needed to know about what was going on across the city was condensed into two pages and delivered to them each morning.
