We broke growth down into 6 key stages 👇

Awareness → users learns about your product

Activation → starts using product, “Aha!” moment
Revenue → pays for the product through usage
Retention → comes back to use more, renew
Referral → loves it and tells others

The most overlooked stage? 
→ Activation.

That’s the moment a user truly “gets it.”

The “Aha!” moment.
