•	Managed the development team to deliver the first version of a university management system from scratch in less than four months. The system was up and running for students, faculty, and staff members. 
•	Managed development teams for two projects: a QMS automation platform (two years) and a school information system (six months). 
•	Gathered and elicited requirements, re-engineered business processes, wrote SRS, user stories, and testing scenarios.
•	Analyzed clients’ business needs and worked with developers to design and develop effective, simple, and creative automation solutions.

•	Pioneered LIU’s first online course, taught fully online. This was a personal initiative involving technical requirements, setup, instructional design, and supervision.
•	Provided multiple training sessions for different schools about the use of educational technology and alternative delivery methods.
•	Applied up-to-date educational methods and strategies, including learner-centered instruction, assessment, evaluation, and collaborative techniques & strategies that address closing the gap in student access and achievement across different courses.

•	Achieved a high level of automation and digitization through deploying a wide range of IT Systems and Infrastructure projects for the university across nine branches inside Lebanon in a structured but dynamic, fast-paced and high-energy environment.
•	Benchmarked, analyzed, reported on, and made recommendations for the improvement and growth of the university to facilitate top management sponsorship and decision making.
•	Directed IT Department financials, including purchasing, budgeting, business case justifications and cost/benefit analysis for IT spending and initiatives.
•	Negotiated vendors, consultants, and service provider agreements.

•	Identified the requirements of different ICT projects required by the school including but not limited to instructional technology, network infrastructure, and information systems. 
•	Produced new and up-to-date objectives, scope and sequence for the computer-&-technology course aimed at grade 1 through grade 12. My work was adopted in 14 schools.
•	Managed and watched over the execution of different projects supporting automation and digitization in the school.

•	Managed a web development team composed of eight people and contributed to projects by handling the scheduling, budgeting, business analysis, scope and change management.
•	Chartered and spearheaded the company's highest-paid project after one year of employment. 
•	Managed the design and implementation of networks for two clients which included LAN, domain controller, ISA Server, firewalls, IDS, as well as inter-branch connectivity.
